In 2022, I actively participated in the UX General Assembly course, where I fully immersed myself in a hands-on project. Throughout the course, I acquired a comprehensive understanding of the essential principles and methodologies of user research, information architecture, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing. This immersive experience allowed me to delve into the user-centered design process and effectively empathize with users to create designs that are both meaningful and impactful. The project I dedicated my efforts to was titled GiveBack, a mock website design aimed at assisting users in finding information about local organizations and volunteer opportunities in their vicinity.
